Hello, I am Moriah. I am so glad you are here; if you leave a comment you would probably make my day; if you subscribe you would probably make my week. But just being here is pretty great too. Ha. My blog is something I started in February of 2013 and has grown ever since. When I started this blog, it was called "the girl in red lipstick" and has continued to be that until recently when I decided that I still have a love for red lipstick but have decided that I would like my blog to be known as something different.

This is a lifestyle blog and as you read more you will find that I like sewing, crafting, photographing, watching kids, and living a healthy lifestyle. All around my blog you will see that almost all of the photography is done by me and my iPhone 7.  

    Being creative is something I never thought I would enjoy; I never thought I was an "artist". But that all changed when I got my first sewing machine. The thing about sewing is, the fact that I can take just a single piece of fabric and turn it into something new; this is what I love about it. There are endless possibilities you can create. Blogging is a side-hobby. As my main job I run a handmad childrens shop online.                                                                                                                    

    One of the things that I want to do before I die is leave a legacy. It sounds corny, but I want to make a difference. I firmly believe that Jesus Christ died for every single one of us to save us from our sins and that he loves you deeply, more than you will every know. My life is not about me (hence the reason I am blurry in the picture below), my life is all to honor and love God. I want people to know that there is something more out there than just us on Earth (and it is not aliens:). So, by using my inspirational page I hope to reach more people and share with them just some encouraging words

   

 Just a few extra things...I am 5 10". I have an obsession with Pinterest. I love sewing, crafting, photography, and living a healthy lifestyle. The beach is my happy place. I am a Christ-follower. You will most likely see my hair in a bun or messy waves. I adore the sea. And sunshine is my friend. xo
